Quota exceeded

The error banner on the action that was blocked tells you which cap (apps or databases) was exceeded. Caps are applied across all your projects.

  1. Open Settings → Billing & Plan to see which cap was hit. You can upgrade, or stop/delete apps or databases to fit the current one.
  2. Either:
    • Delete unused apps or databases, or
    • Upgrade your plan.
  • Upgrading takes effect immediately; running apps restart with the new per-app resources.
  • Downgrading is only allowed when your current usage fits the target plan’s caps.
